› 2 days of 10+ hours each, covering morning, midday and afternoon light.
› 3–4 shots per space, plus details.
› Includes 5–10 edited drone photos (aerial views of the villa, pool and coastline).
› Minimum 40 edited photos per day.
› Light/color adjustment, cleanup and removal of unwanted elements (outlets, cables, AC units, etc.)
› Delivery in 15 business days.
SHORT HORIZONTAL VIDEO / HOME WALKTHROUGH
$4,000 MXN
› One horizontal video, under 1 minute, shot on iPhone to showcase the house.
› Smooth walkthrough of the main spaces.
› Example available in the portfolio.

I just need at least one week’s notice to reserve the date exclusively for your shoot. If weather or guest arrivals make an adjustment necessary, I have the flexibility to move it with no problem.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
› Cash (MXN or USD)
› Bank transfer, with invoice (+ 16% VAT)
50% of the cost is paid on the day of the shoot. The balance is paid once the shoot is done, during the photo post-production period.
